I really want people to get the best legal representation available to them in foreclosure cases. The reason I want that is because for 4 years I was a foreclosure attorney at a firm representing banks like JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo, N.A. and U.S Bank National, N.A. As a result, I know how to beat the banks in foreclosure actions because I did work representing them.
I also worked as in-house counsel at a title/abstract company and closed thousands of loans in New York for an institutional lender. This varied yet in-depth and specialized experience gives me an edge in Foreclosure Defense and Real Estate litigation that few, if any, can match.
For example, I successfully raise New York's predatory lending statutes in defense of borrowers in foreclosure actions. Or, I seek dismissal of the foreclosure action -- with a view to later seeking rescission of the mortgage based upon the expiration of the statute of limitations.
I like to think I can give a home owner/borrower a full list of options to choose from. Not just apply for a modification -- although quite often, litigating helps one's chances to modify the existing loan anyway.
Please call me for a free consultation. I'd love to speak with you and possibly help you save your home.

John was knowledgeable in all the erroneous facets of the foreclosure proceedings that the bank tried to force on us. He knew the letter of the law and executed it with diligence. We are thrilled with his work and recommend him highly.
