Stole my money and left me homeless

Stay away from this guy. He will spend your money on drugs and not show up to court. You will lose your home or have to pay money you don't owe when you are in the right. I gathered all documentation and handed him the case(s) on a silver platter because he couldn't follow through- always seemed high.... He and his secretary Irma don't care if you end up on the streets. I won a case, but he wouldnt enforce the judges 4 page court order. He allowed the opposition to vacate my win actually telling how to do it and then did not notify me of the vacate and then failed to show to court. I came home to a boarded up apartment with all my possessions stolen because of him. I called immediately for him to explain amd help. He seemed high and said "oh that happened? I will call you back and fix it". He did nothing. I called his office, called his cell, emailed him and his secretary every day over and over again to get help...no response. I finally sent my sister to his office to pick up my money so that I could get another attorney. He yelled and screamed that he is "entitled to the money as a retainer but we are free to leave for an attorney for wont give a f@^#"... we asked for the money anyway and he refused and yelled and screamed at her and then lounged across the desk and tried to choke and physically assault her. His pregnant secretary had to try to restrain him. My sister said he was high out of his mind. She was really shaken and scared. One time he sent a fellow attorney to throw the trial of my case. I had to run up and down 9 floors looking for David and his fellow attorney. I find the attorney in the attorney room joking and laughing about how they are going to default purposefully...and they did. Please stay away from this guy. He has a real addiction problem and is a bad guy. I had to do an order to show case to remove him as my attorney and get the default removed. When the court attorney asked me what happened, he said he sees this all the time with David's clients. He said David ruins all his clients cases and walks with the money. He said he heard really really bad thing. The guy felt so bad for me and tried to help, but here we are...DAVID IS NO GOOD.
