How they ever gave this idiot a law degree is beyond me. It was a simple case that I probably could have handled myself but don't want to make any mistakes. I gave him 1000 and he says case will be done in a week. One week goes by, two weeks go by and I dont hear from the guy. Then I try to reach him... and get update but he has disappeared. When I finally reached him 6 weeks later, he sounded drunk or high and made no sense. When I asked for my money back he kept telling me to "relax and be cool it's all happening." Well the only thing that's going to happen is me suing him and filing a complaint with the court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN!!

Very unprofessional, he asked me for $1,500 on entire case with the argument that I will not have to pay him no more. I contact a legal malpractice attorney and he is willing to take this case on contingency fee (which means we don’t pay if we don’t win the case) ____________________________________...___________________________________________________________ I bought a 1Fam home in Bklyn with the tenants and I have to get the tenants out so, I can occupy it. I retained David Brookstone Esq. When we first spoke, he told me that he can get the tenants out in a month after I get a court date; which I thought was great because I heard the horror stories. David's 1 month time frame IS absolutely off by at least 3 months. He started the process and after he got his initial fee it all went downhill. He was RUDE and his staff was rude as well. The Notices of Termination that were sent to the tenants had a lot of errors "the termination date, names of the tenants, wrong termination notice sent to a tenant on section 8, he never sent section 8 a copy of the termination notice; which could be a disaster in court if the judge has an issue with it." After seeing how unprofessional David and his staff were I decided to use another attorney. They gave me a hard time getting the original paperwork after I didn't want him representing me. STAY AWAY!!!!
