He doesn't return phone calls or emails, doesn't seem to care at all, and doesn't follow through on anything. Honestly was surprised he even bothered to show up for the closing. Whenever he did finally return a call, which was rare, he knew nothing and gave generic answers to my questions. Felt like ...everything was someones elses fault or problem, never him. Checks were to be mailed after funds were released, 2 weeks later he calls to let me know they had the wrong address on them and he'll try again.

I am extremely displeased with Mr. Alaimo. I was conducting a short sale with him and after trying numerous times to obtain information from him the deal died.He does not return any phone calls, emails to the client and agents or bank. Everyone needs to communicate when conducting an short sale. I ...find him unprofessional.

Mr Alaimo handled my home sale. The buyers had all kinds of problems, and many times I called Mr Alaimo , he went out of his way to help He took his time to explain everything. My closing went very smooth. All the numbers were correct and he explained everything. I recently purchased a home and I n...ow realize even more what a good atty he is. Wish I could have used him, my closing was terrible-incorrect info on forms ect.
