David John Hove

David Hove did a great job for me winning custody of my boys. He did the trial and then the case settled before the end because the mother could see she was going to lose. He is a great communicater and explained the process all through the proceeding. I would highly recommend David Hove if you are i...n need of a good lawyer.

Lack of effort . Got nothing that i asked for. Never returns calls. Does no leg work. He did more for my ex wife’s attorney than hers did. He absolutely sat on his hands and did nothing but take 5 k in retainer and got absolutely nothing that was asked or needed. He is absolutely the worst choice i c...ould of made . Just a horrible reference from another attorney for a simple cut and dry case. I am absolutely disgusted i hired him . I wish i could sue for malpractice...

I spoke with David on phone regarding a financial matter between myself and the agency that provides housing for me.This agency has informed me that I owe money from 2009 in the thousands.My records and receipts show that this is untrue and I have not missed any of my monthly payments. My mom's estate disbursement was challenged by members of the family in small claims court. Mr. Hove helped me to resolve the lawsuit. I was a victim of criminal vehicle fraud. I was falsely accused and threatened by 2 drugged men of hitting their parked car when I backed out of my parking space. ...They were waiting for me to pull out of my space for 20 minutes. If I had a cell phone I would have called the police prior to moving out of my parking spot and avoided their scam. Mr Hove took pictures of my bumper which had no damage. No pictures were provided of the other car. Their bumper was not damaged by impact but corroded with rust. It was a flood damaged car. Mr. Hove represented me in court and I am thankful for his representation.
