David John Hove

My mom's estate disbursement was challenged by members of the family in small claims court. Mr. Hove helped me to resolve the lawsuit. I was a victim of criminal vehicle fraud. I was falsely accused and threatened by 2 drugged men of hitting their parked car when I backed out of my parking space. ...They were waiting for me to pull out of my space for 20 minutes. If I had a cell phone I would have called the police prior to moving out of my parking spot and avoided their scam. Mr Hove took pictures of my bumper which had no damage. No pictures were provided of the other car. Their bumper was not damaged by impact but corroded with rust. It was a flood damaged car. Mr. Hove represented me in court and I am thankful for his representation.
