Edward Anthony Tini

I take great pride in the attorney/client relationship, and endeavor to handle any case with courtesy and professionalism. I understand that the legal system can at times be overwhelming or intimidating, and strive to make my clients comfortable with the process. My experience includes conducting Continuing Legal Education seminars for attorneys on the subject of Ethics for both the Nassau and Suffolk County (NY) Bar Associations. In July 2004 the New York Law Journal selected a case I argued as a Decision of Interest; the trial Court applied my interpretation of criteria for Assisted Outpatient Treatment (Kendra’s Law). Prior to opening my own practice I was Associated with the law firm of  MOHEN & TREACY LLP, gaining extensive experience in Personal Injury and Securities Law related matters; Commercial & Civil Litigation, and Transactional Law. Earlier in my career I worked as an Associate Attorney for the Metal Hygiene Legal Service and as Assistant Counsel to the New York State Grievance Committee. My community interests are varied, including service  as a coach for numerous football, basketball and baseball programs, dedicated participation in numerous civic and community organizations including Rotary International, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Nassau County High School Coaches Association, Falcon Pride Booster Club (Board Member) and the Oak Neck Athletic Council.
