John Smargiassi

My previous divorce lawyer wasted two years putting me through hell, leaving me in a quagmire with no end in sight. I sought new counsel to try and salvage what I could. John has become almost part of my family. I learned to respect John, admire him and trust him. When people fight together they learn a great deal about one another, and we were engaged in battle. John was able to balance my needs and comfort level with what he thought was in my best interest although those two characteristics were not always aligned. I found John to be the lawyer that actually is fundamentally different, better, than others.

Mr Smargiassi (of Joseph and Smargiassi) handled my divorce. I was always very happy with the way the firm behaved and I continue to respect both John and Mario for their hard work. I usually become suspicious when references are over-glowing but in this case they are deserved.
