Every time I called her office it was such an issue (apparently it still is). The receptionist are always rude and act like youre bothering when you call. Is hard to even get an appointment with Laura shes always "busy" even though youre a paying client and when you do see her youre lucky if is more ...than 2 minutes. Her assistant is no better, she messed up my application (she filled out and did incorrectly) we had to go back to the office to correct the mistake she made. I moved out of town and had ONE question about my status, I called and they refused to answer it saying it was because I didn't live in NY anymore. You would think after paying them all this money they would do something as simple as answering one question regarding your status.

My mother was in process of getting her work permit renewed. Kept adjourning case, conferences in her office was not more than 5 minutes and she repeatedly had to go pick up her kids or be home by a certain time. Needless to say my mother got striped of all her docs in the NYC Fed building. Horrendou...s never showed

My wife is in the process of being an american citizen. We hired her for not a lot of money. I see why they were so cheap. They never keep appointment. They never call back. We are now on year 3!! and still nothing. If I had more money I would take my wife elsewhere. Now I am stuck. Don't make the ...same mistake we did! RUN!! DONT HIRE THIS TEAM!!
