Biography
I graduated from Hofstra Law School in 2007 after having spent my last 2 years at Hofstra as a member of the prestigious Hofstra Law Review. Prior to earning my J.D., I earned by B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University in 2004. Simon & Milner, the firm I work for has been in continuous operation for over 30 years and is well established in the local community.
I focus my practice primarily on divorce/family law and criminal defense/DWI defense. I am regularly before the family, supreme and criminal courts throughout Long Island and the five boroughs.
In addition to my familiarity with the local courts I am a lifetime resident of Long Island and truly understand the needs of our local community.
