I was very impressed with Mr. Greenberg's services. I was unfamiliar with the New Jersey real estate process which is much different than that in Pennsylvania where I conduct my small real estate business. Mr. Greenberg handled the negotiations and contract modifications skillfully and with just th...e right amount of input from me. He was very familiar with the negotiating style of the buyer and was firm but compromising when necessary. All in all, an excellent lawyer. And I have dealt with many. I can recommend him highly.
