Ken helped us through the mortgage, board , and insurance process for our coop in Bayside. He made everything seamless and explained everything in great detail so that we were always on the same page with our lender and the coop management/board. He took a personal interest in the process and made su...re we were always up to date with any needs of the coop and our lender in order to close. As young first time home buyers we needed all the help we could get and Ken exceeded all expectations, going out of his way to make sure we were legally protected and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I recommend him highly and the only regret is that we didn't come to him directly with for the loan! Not only is he hysterical and a pleasure to deal with but he took no nonsense from any party involved including us, making closing as painless as possible. As young and clueless,first time home buyers, Ken's services and communication skills are priceless.
