Biography
Marc Rovner, an experienced attorney and native of East Rockaway, New York, has served as director of business development and general counsel at BETA Abstract since 1998. At this title insurance company, Marc Rovner oversees business and legal matters at five branches in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. A dedicated professional, he earned recognition from the Stewart Title Insurance Company in 2013 with an excellence award for outstanding performance in claims prevention. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he volunteers as the head coach of the Nassau County Titans, a National Junior Baseball League team.
A magna cum laude graduate of Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Marc Rovner continued his education at the Boston University School of Law. Since graduating with his juris doctor, he has taught multiple continuing education courses at Hofstra University in the area of real estate law. As an attorney, he remains actively involved with his professional community as a member of the American Bar Association, the American Land Title Association, and the New York Land Title Association
