Thomas Mathew McGovern

Mr. McGovern helped my siblings and I probate both our mom, and our uncle's will (back in 2012), in order to sell a house they had co owned together. Two other attorneys had attempted to probate the wills before, but both had run into problems concerning missing witnesses (to the wills) or affidavits..., or something. We had all but given up on being able to sell the house. Mr. McGovern was able to locate one of the witnesses needed, completed all the necessary paperwork, and got both wills probated. We were able to sell the house a few months later. He constantly called or emailed my siblings and I, to give us updates on his progress. That was the best part. So many attorneys don't get back to their clients timely, or sometimes ever. This was a refreshing experience. I would highly recommend him.
