Great lawyer

Back in 2020, Tom had handled a residential closing in rocky point. Couldn't have been more professional and the transactions were as smooth as can be. Will definitely use again, and prices are very reasonable.

Excellent work at reasonable rates.

When my father passed in 2020, I needed the house put into probate and needed a real estate attorney for the closing, after we sold the house. Tom handled both for me. He patiently explained the process to me and competently handled what needed to get done. I would use him again.

Very proficient and excellent to work with!!!

Tom is knowledge and has his attention to every detail. I appreciate the frequent communication, he let me know ahead of time what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. Pleasant and easy to work with

I was referred to Tom by a colleague, from the inception Tom was accommodating, easy to contact and very pleasant. I had a few hurdles with my closing, Mr McGovern was receptive and able to resolve all issues. On the day of closing, everything went seamlessly. I have no problems recommending Mr. McGo...vern.

Highly recommend

Thomas just closed two transactions for me...sale of one home and purchase of another within days of each other. (2 to be exact). He was very professional and kept me informed of everything from start to finish. Will absolutely use him again.
