Jon-Paul Gabriele

Jon-Paul Gabriele graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University Honors College in 2008. In addition to the Honors College studies, which focused on classical and famous works of literature and philosophy, Jon-Paul was (and still is) a drummer, majoring in Music Performance.

He then attended New York Law School where he completed a diverse legal study, including trial practice skills, torts, and intellectual property. Jon-Paul also studied international negotiation tactics as part of a two-month study-abroad program in both Florence, Italy and London, England. Jon-Paul graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School in 2011. 

Jon-Paul practiced medical malpractice defense, personal injury, labor, employment, and criminal law for three years before joining the Law Offices of Dell & Dean, PLLC in 2014. At Dell & Dean, Jon-Paul handles personal injury, medical malpractice, labor, and employment matters. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.

Jon-Paul is an active and proud member of the  Columbian Lawyers’ Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, and Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.

Jon-Paul enjoyed the unique and invaluable experience of working closely for many years with his father, Guido Gabriele, Esq., who taught him, “Above all else, represent every client the way you would want to be represented.” Jon-Paul carries proudly this personal approach in every aspect of his representation of his clients.
