Unfortunately have had to hire Garrett in the past. The outcome would have been extremely worse if not for his ability. Garret P. Rooney reperesented me in an unfortunate DWI situation. He was very receptive and informatve. He is the consummate professional. I highly recommend him to anyone involved in a legal matter. He knew more than the police officers about the testing, how it is to be performed, clues to lo...ok for and so on. The district attorney tried to force me into taking a plea, threatening to add more charges if i went to trial. Mr. Rooney was vey professional, handled all pre-trial hearings and conducted the trial. The jury came back with an acquittal (not guilty) on all charges.
