HOA Dispute Resolved
I engaged Siegel Law after spending 5 years trying to get my HOA to take accountability for the adequate delivery of some pretty basic services. Since HOAs are unregulated in NY, all of the state and local government officials I contacted were either unable or unwilling to help. Mr. Siegel and Mr. ...

I am shocked
I was looking for help with my situation with my employment. I had been treated terribly at a place where I brought in a lot of business. Brad and his partner were interested. I sent them documents about my case. I do not think they ever read a document. The day they were meeting with my employ...

Above and beyond law firm
Brad was engaged to help us with a neighbor noise issue. Not only did he send out the requisite demand letter, when that didn't help, he sent out another one, which was not included in our agreement. To top it off, he made several phone calls on our behalf to the offending party, on his own initiativ...

A professional who knows his craft
Being a lawyer, I can be pretty discriminating when seeking one to represent me. Bradley came highly recommended by a colleague and he did not disappoint. He is deeply knowledgable about all aspects of real estate transactions and was always prompt all his follow ups. Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this attorney for tenant/landlord cases.
I was a client of this attorney from January to April of 2018 in a case against my landlord. I can't really express anything positive about my experience with this attorney and did not feel confident about about his abilities.
Our reviews are positive for a reason. We go above and beyond to explain the challenges of the legal system. The system is costly and slow but its better than legal systems in other parts of the world. We explain the costs of litigation and the best ways to accomplish results at the lowest cost to do so. We explain how pre-litigation settlment discussions don't always get results and that sometimes you need to file a lawsuit. Notwithstanding this, we negotiated a settlement of over $10,000.00 for this client without having to file a lawsuit. We told the client that the landlord doesn't have to settle unless we file the lawsuit and its his choice to continue to negotiate or to file a lawsuit. We wanted to see him obtain a higher settlement too. We explained that there would be a cost to of litigation and that he should consider that. The Summons & Complaint were drafted and ready to file and the client chose not to file without explanation. Instead of acting reasonably and maturely by calling to discuss or asking questions or explaining what his concerns were he chose to post this negative review. This client was unrealistic in his approach to the legal system and is an unreasonable person who I have to question if he really wants to be helped. In any event, we wish him good luck.
"I know Bradley and regard him to be an extraordinarily energetic, talented and straightforward attorney. We worked together on an important litigation and I always welcomed his advice and strategic thinking. He is a valuable member of our legal community and extremely well liked. I recommend his integrity to anyone."
"Brad is exceptionally hard working and skilled. His commitment to his clients is matched only by his legal acumen."
"Bradley Siegel stands out as a truly exceptional attorney. Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced in the law he also makes certain to meet or exceed his client's expectations. I highly endorse Bradley."
