Mr. Siegel and his staff are wonderful and caring. This is a firm that really cares and listens instead of just trying to obtain a client or a case. I hired Mr. Siegel for a landlord tenant issue and he has been nothing but patient and informative. He clearly and carefully explained to me my rights a...nd took his time (more than the 15 mins I was scheduled for) going over my case with me. He laid out all my options and helped me reach the least overwhelming route to deal with my case. The attorney Michael whom represented me at court was professional, confident and composed. All my questions were answered and he fought for me till the end and got the best possible outcome. Apart from all this, I must say that his secretary Kristen is an angel. As the first person to come into contact with a client, in any office, it is important that they are friendly, approachable and patient. She was all of that and more. Not once did she cut me off as I called countless of times as a nervous wreck and not once did she sound exasperated or annoyed. She listened to everything...everything! She reassured me that they were there to help, kept me updated and helped me prepare all the documents I needed. Mr Siegel is not a "cut and dry" lawyer. You will really feel the care and the support he and his staff present. I recommend him to everybody!
