I hired Frank for a spending ticket that I received about a year ago. I didn't expect to win the case because in NYC it's very difficult to win a speeding case. I did however want him to delay the case as long as possible. Lawyers are allowed to delay three times and Frank didn't do that. He went onc...e and over charged me as if he want three times. Stay away this is a terrible lawyer
