If you don’t hire Dave, you’re making a grave mistake

I retained Dave and his firm in 2017 after several legal battles and different attorneys with little/no resolution. I thank God that I did. Anyone dealing with a high conflict divorce/custody/supreme/family court issue should NOT retain anyone else. I cannot imagine where I’d be without he and his s...taffs support, knowledge and legal prowess.

So glad Dave came into the picture!

My divorce was stagnant thanks to my first lawyer; we were almost a year in and getting nowhere. Within a few months of signing with Dave, my divorce finally started to pick up the pace. Dave left no stone unturned. While my first lawyer hemmed and hawed from his leather swivel chair, Dave was proa...ctive, sharp, and confident in his knowledge of the law without ever coming across as patronizing or arrogant (can't say my ex thought the same of him!). He uncovered information that my previous lawyer did not even attempt to, and he found the right tactics and technicalities in terms of in dealing with claims my ex made. This literally saved our case. Dave is tough, but I felt he was truly a good person - he cares about what he does. He also treated everyone around him - judges, security, other attorneys - with professionalism and courtesy - but was he was not afraid to speak his mind and cut to the chase. With a divorce as protracted and difficult as mine was, Dave was the sharp edge I needed when I felt anxious and fearful of the outcome. In the end, he did a fantastic job getting what I wanted out of the settlement, and he put an end to the two worst years of my life. Thank you, Dave!
