I was referred to Tom Elliot in 2015. I had just moved back home to NY from CA and was dealing with an alcoholichusband. Sadly, I realized it was time to consult with someone to help me navigate a separation and potential divorce. Tom was a blessing. Tom did a fantastic job handling our family court case. We had the misfortune of being subjected to the New York State Family Court process in the past and our former lawyer could never seem to get a favorable outcome. Tom changed that and handled our current case professionally and swiftly. His de...meanor in and out of court was tremendous. That's is divorce by it's nature. But you can at least have someone in your corner who knows the ropes and can advocate where there is room for advocacy. (He also knows when to call BS on the other side lol). I don't plan on getting married and divorced again, but if I do, I will call Tom again :-).
