Susan Gail Mintz

Calling this woman an attorney feels like it would be a disgrace to the legal profession. I have been involved with Ms. Mintz for 6 years. She has been assigned as the AFC for my children in my matrimonial case. What I have observed and experienced from her within and outside the courtroom can onl...y be described as "horrific." This woman is a chronic liar. She has completely disregarded my children and myself and has actually made decisons that have placed my children in harms way. I have also observed her taking the side of my ex-husband to a very inappropriate degree. She will actually make motions parallel to my ex and in support of everything he reports to her and that he is asking for. She is also extremely money hungry. She once told me that she did not have to listen to a word I said, then proceeded to walk away from me and asked me for $3,000 in front of the judge moments later. The lack of professionalism, underhanded and nefarious actions that she has made because of her personal feelings is so obvious that she is a danger to her profession. I implore anyone who reads that and is considering hiring Ms. Mintz to consider otherwise.

She sold me a bill of lies. She doesn't charge much, but she did so many useless things that the charges sky rocketed over $50k and for nothing. I should've just split everything 50-50 with my ex-husband. I would've had a ton more money. I guess those positive posts are old. Maybe she's gotten bad in... her age. Maybe those old posts she had people come here and lie. I don't know.

I can say Susan Mintz is the best matrimonial attorney there is because I had one before her who got nothing done! When I started using Ms. Mintz it was after my divorce was final and my attorney who did the divorce was getting nothing accomplished when my ex husband would not comply to the divorce o...rders. Susan had to go to court to get the deed to my house when my original attorney would not help me. She got it DONE fast! When my ex-husband did not pay child support she went to family court and filed support violations. Susan continues to fight for you even when you feel you have no fight left. I am divorced 4 years now and still have her retained because my ex still doesn't do what he is supposed to. She knows what is fair and what you, as her client, is legally entitled to and will not stop until you get what is fair. When you are in court with her you can tell she is respected by her peers and the judges. She knows her stuff and you can hire her and feel confident she is fighting for you and on your side. I know she is a child advocate, although she was not for my children, she was ALWAYS looking out what was best for them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUSAN....

Susan represented me in my divorce case which involved a bitter custody battle over my premature newborn son. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable about aspects of what to expect in court and throughout the divorce process. Susan prepared me well and was always available for any questions I had.... When I disagreed with her because my emotions took over, she always managed to get me to listen to her and follow along with what she knew was best. And she was always right! Always! She becomes invested in the case and its outcome. Susan is very familiar with children with developmental issues, which made a huge difference in her ability to relate to my situation. I truly believe I would not have had such a favorable outcome if I had chosen another attorney. Words cant express how much I love her and appreciate what she has done for me and my son.
