Long story short, this excuse for a lawyer completely screwed up my case involving a foreclosure. He is not up on current laws and I will be filing a complaint with the Bar Association. I paid this moron and he did NOTHING! NOTHING, NOTHING NOTHING! He even had the nerve to tell me to seek anothe...r lawyer specializing in probate, when my matter had NOTHING to do with probate although he claimed he knew all about probate. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

We were having difficulty with our mortgaging provider and would not have known how to handle the situation without major input from Neil. From explaining the different scenarios , to walking us through any processes, to keeping us totally informed, Neil is the best we could hope for. HIGHLY recommen...ded.

Terrible experience. He delayed my tenant eviction case by 6 months. He charged $1200 and indicated he would show up to court, but he never did. He accepts cases throughout N. Y but he does not have the knowledge of the laws in different parts of New York ( 5 boroughs). He sends his junior lawyers an...d clerks to represent him and these guys have limited knowledge when questioned by the judge . Do not use this guy, make sure you get a contract because he will continue to charge you after each court visit. Give him a credit card so you can dispute the charges when he fails to show up to court. I found this guy online, what a mistake. The judge dismissed my case 2 x because he failed to file it correctly
