I STRONGLY recommend this Attorney! Neil Weissman is the only Attorney I have been satisfied with. He is everything you need or want from your Attorney. He actually returns phone calls and cares about his clients! Whenever possible he answers his own phone,including evenings and weekends. My tenant ...was harassing me on a Sunday and I was able to talk to Neil. Try finding someone else to do that. He had my tenant evicted and was knowledgable regarding the ins and outs of the Court system. This Attorney got the job done right!!

Terrible experience. He delayed my tenant eviction case by 6 months. He charged $1200 and indicated he would show up to court, but he never did. He accepts cases throughout N. Y but he does not have the knowledge of the laws in different parts of New York ( 5 boroughs). He sends his junior lawyers an...d clerks to represent him and these guys have limited knowledge when questioned by the judge . Do not use this guy, make sure you get a contract because he will continue to charge you after each court visit. Give him a credit card so you can dispute the charges when he fails to show up to court. I found this guy online, what a mistake. The judge dismissed my case 2 x because he failed to file it correctly
