I should have written this review months ago, when he successfully helped me fight what I thought was an unfair ticket from the Village of Freeport. The village prosecutor got my hackles up when he told me that I shouldn't even bother to fight the ticket because I would be found guilty. That riled m...e because it smacked of a rigged system. What was the so-called infraction? One of my tires was a tad across the white line in a village parking lot. I wasn't aware of it because I was rushing to put money in a meter and catch a train. And I didn't even know that was a violation. So I used my Hyatt legal benefit to get a lawyer, and after many calls I reached Mr. Jew. He was professional and obviously very effective. On the morning I was supposed to go to yet another hearing for the ticket, he called to tell me that I didn't have to appear because the violation was dropped. Great lawyer and one who knows how to treat people. Rare combination.
