Attorney Weissman was hired to handle the closing of an estate on our behalf. He was very professional and caring through out what was sometimes quite challenging and frustrating times. My great grandmother pasted away and left me a will. I came to Mr. Weissman with a letter that I have been serviced from the courts stating that I must vacate the house that my grandmother and I were living in. The letter came from the blood grandson. Mr. Weissman quickly reached out to the courts to... have the rights removed from the blood grandson and started the probate of the will. Mr. Weissman gave his knowledge of the law, guidance and understanding during a very difficult time. He took the time to explain the processes of the law and educated me of my options. The will finalized and my grandmother can now rest in peace knowing that her final wishes are done.
