When you entrust your personal injury matter to my firm, you will deal directly with me, the founding member of the firm, as well as our legal support staff. We pride ourselves on being accessible and responsive to our clients. For new client matters and true emergency situations, I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because many of our clients are unable to travel to our office as a result of their catastrophic injuries, I will personally travel to you or your loved one's home or hospital room for a free initial consultation.
We zealously represent our clients, and, although most cases settle prior to trial, we prepare every case that we accept as if it were going to trial, from the outset. We believe that money recoveries are maximized when our adversaries know that we have exhaustively and diligently prepared our case as ready for trial.
We pride ourselves on the fact that a significant percentage of our cases are referred to us by other attorneys who feel that our expertise could better serve them and their clients. Once a case is referred to us, both the attorney and client receive our high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
I began my legal career working in the downtown Manhattan in-house counsel office of a major insurance carrier. In addition, before establishing my firm, I practiced for several years as an associate with a Long Island law firm specializing in both the defense and prosecution of personal injury and medical malpractice claims, and commercial and insurance litigation.
I received my B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from St. John's University, and received my J.D. Degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1995. I am a member of the following associations:
I also sit on the Plaintiff's roundtable of the Nassau County Bar Association.
In addition, I am admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and in the Federal Courts for the Southern District and Eastern District of New York, as well as the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
