You should not plead guilty.
You are eligible for a marijuana ACD which means you do not enter a plea of guilty BUT your case is adjourned 1 year...

Court ordered release means the person is freed from jail. The disposition of the charges may not be completed yet meaning the case may not be over...

The order can be in place but you may not have received it yet. You do have to be served for it to be in affect.
