I hired Mr. Fortuna approximately 4 months ago to represent me in a business transaction. I was not very knowledgeable concerning the subject but Mr. Fortuna was extremely knowledgable, responsive and made sure that the deal went smoothly. I would highly recommend this attorney. The fee was a bit ...on the high side but the service and knowledge made it money very well spent.

I hired Mr Fortuna for a business transaction. In the beginning he was very nice, however, as he began to work for me, his response to my calls and emails were at best, very hesitant, succinct, unhelpful answers as if he was annoyed to even have to deal with me. I later learned that I paid three ti...mes more than what other lawyers would have charged me and there were a lot of specifics that he did not even bother to run by me from the contract. I feel this lawyer did not represent me well at all - it was a simple transaction in which I paid a hefty fee. This is a very typical case of, "give me my fee, I need to pay bills and don't bother me". I highly advise anyone to not use this law firm and look for other lawyers.
