I'm not the kind of person to write a review normally but I felt compelled to do so this time. The office staff is completely incompetent. They called me to tell me my surgery was approved two months after I had already had surgery, and they never return phone calls. At that point realizing the leve...l of incompetence that I was dealing with I gave my secondary case to another attorney but kept this firm on for my Worker's Compensation case because you can't just dismiss an attorney for workers Comp... the judge has to do it. It's my personal opinion that from that point they maliciously prolonged my case. Again never returning phone calls, never retrieved documents from doctors, and three days before my hearing told me that I needed to get a updated report from my doctor. They lied to me and told me I could not appear in person for my hearing and could only do it online. The day of the workers Comp hearing I had the judge dismiss them as my council but he stayed on the video screen to the end to make sure they got paid. So congratulations fanning and fiore.....You got paid for doing absolutely nothing while I'm going to suffer the rest of my life with a permanent injury. If you are considering retaining them as council be prepared for lots of dissatisfaction and disappointment .

John Fiore and Doug Fanning are great. I had a large workers compensation claim, which I originally hired another attorney for. However, the other firm was so busy that they put no effort into my case and it lingered with them for nearly two years. Mr. Fiore took over the case, at no additional c...ost to me, and resolved it in less than two months! Beyond that he explained every step to me, always responded to my calls and made me feel like a family member with the personal treatment I received. I highly recommend Fiore and Fanning.

So far so good... I am currently a client of Mr. Fiore and I have to say that the difference between him and his firm and the firm that previously represented me is like night and day, I really appreciate that someone is finally helping me and I definitely appreciate the fact that I can actually r...each either Mr. fiore or someone else at the firm who can and is willing to answer my many questions as this is the first time that I've been injured and needed an attorney, I also appreciate that John Fiore himself showed up for me at court instead of a representative and that was very important to me because I spoke mostly to him about my case so overall I am very satisfied with Mr. Fiore and the services provided to me so far and I will be posting another review after my case is resolved.
