IN A JAM, HERE I AM.    I am an attorney located at 600 Old Country Road, Suite 320, Garden City, New York at the entrance to the Roosevelt Field mall.  I concentrate in the areas of Criminal Law, Narcotics Defense, Dwi defense, Domestic Violence Offenses & Traffic Violations.  I was a former Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan where I handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases.  I was also assigned to the Office of Special Narcotics where I learned how drug prosecutors think.  I use that special knowledge to assist my clients who are charged with a wide variety of crimes including arrests for Possession and Sale of Drugs, DwI and Dui offenses and every conceivable criminal case.

Communication and preparation remain the cornerstone to my success.  I keep my clients advised of each step in the legal process and I never urge a client to accept a "plea bargain" against their interest.
