I hired Jay Raxenberg as my support attorney, the fist court appearance with the magistrate and my ex and his attorney, made me feel he didn’t mind drag the case out not to mention his retainer is 5,000 just for child support case. Seems like he is trying to use oof all the retainer, plus whatever el...se he can get. That same morning for my support case when he found out my ex was taking me to custody he kept asking was I going to hire him for the custody case. I stated to him I was not worried about that because of my ex schedule due to work and plus he hardly is around my child. After the first court appearance I switched to attorney Jason Isaacson the best decision I made. He was very on point and knowledgeable and not trying to drag this case out, not to mention his retainer is only 3,500. My new attorney Jason Isaacson, got a lot accomplished his first time more than likely I will get some of my retainer back, when we complete this case. I also hired him for my custody case as well. Mr. Raxenberg is knowledgeable as well with family court and the laws but, he seems to excel in being even more knowledgeable at how to pro long the case. Beware MONEY HUNGRY!!! I do not recommend Jay Raxenberg as an attorney he likes to drag out his case to get all of your money plus more.
