We started looking into the adoption process in the summer of 2020 and a friend of ours who had recently adopted recommended we speak to Faith. While we were waiting to get certified, the office’s social media specialist Mia helped us get our website and social media accounts prepared and ready to launch once we got certified. Fast forward to June of 2021 when we were contacted by our son Joey’s birth mother. Faith went above and beyond to help us through this roller coaster of a ride. She was our rock and was also a quick phone call, text or email away when we had a question or concern. We flew to Arizona for our son’s birth and Faith was still at the ready whenever we needed anything or had any questions.
