My name is Frederick (Farhad), and I would highly recommend Eyal Talassazan's if someone is in need of a Divorce/ Custody Case matter attorney. I had a Custody Case, where me and my ex-wife could not see eye to eye and we had to go to court, and things were getting ugly between us. We couldnt agree o...n anything and I had to hire an Attorney. So through recommendations of family and friends, I hired Eyal to help me with my custody case (regrading my son), and I am very happy that I went with Eyal. I met Eyal at his office and from the time we met and he became my Attorney, he was very compassionate about what I was going through with my ex-wife regarding my son and my custody case. He explained to me very specifically and in detail how what my options were and what would be my best route to take. Eyal is a lawyer that cares for his clients well being and not just to make a quick buck!! Furthermore, Eyal when he became my Attorney, reached out to my es-wife attorney and worked very hard to reach an agreement with my ex-wife attorney, so that we can limit the amount of time we had to go to court. Additionally, Eyal has extensive knowledge of the Legal system, because with every issue that I had, he explained to me exactly what the law was and what we needed to do. He is also very professional, calm and collective, never losses his cool, but at the same time knows when to be aggressive when injustice is taking place with his clients or if another attorney is not being fair. Eyal also has extensive knowledge of going to trials and dealing with judges on a daily bases. I was very anxious and nervous when we had a court date with my case and we had to go in front of the Judge. But Eyal made me feel very comfortable and re-assured me that I had nothing to worry about it and when we got in front of the Judge, he handled everything and really put me at ease. Also Eyal took time to review all documents that I emailed him regarding my case, as well as all documents that my ex-wife attorney had sent him. Even when we were able to reach an agreement with my ex-wife attorney, Eyal took out more time, just to make sure the everything looked ok withthe Court Order that was being put in place and that nothing was left out. I also liked the fact that Eyal was always a phone call or email away. I really liked the fact that he would always return my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I always had access to him, even though he was and is a very busy attorney. Eyal also is very respected and liked my his peers as well. He was always very respectful and professional when it came to dealing with my ex-wife attorney and always kept it professional. Eyal really made me feel like I was his only client (even though he has so many other clients as well). Through Eyals help I learned alot about the way the law works in Custody cases (like what I can ask for and what I can not ask for), and again I am very happy that I hired him at my attorney to help me navigate this tough time in my life when it came to my Custody Case regarding my son. If it was not for Eyal help, me and my ex-wife would still be fighting, would not have a court order in place, would not have the proper visitation schedule in place regarding seeing my son. Also in regards to my Custody Case, before I hired Eyal, I didnt know where my son was living, where he goes to school, and it took a professional attorney like Eyal to help me resolve these matters, so that I can see my son and finally get a good night sleep after so many months of fighting with my ex-wife. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Eyal as an attorney for anyone that is looking for a Divorce/Custody case attorney. His profession, knows the law very well, his great in front of the judge, well respected by his peers, and genuinely cares for his clients. Sure, there are a vast amount of family lawyers in the field, but there are only two I would ever consider and one I have remained loyal to for over 7 years, EYAL TALASSAZAN! Eyal Talassazan and I (his now unfazed client after years in court with two fathers of different children) have been throu...gh the craziest of crazy situations, court scenarios, forensics, ACS investigations, death threats, ... I mean... two violent fathers trying for over 15 years to gain custody of the children solely because they HATE ME.... not because they care about their children. AND WE ARE STILL IN COURT WITH ONE OF THEM!! Eyal Talassazan has carried me through, made me laugh, especially at some of the opposing counsels... (not the seasoned ones) and, in all seriousness, his interests are always focused on protecting the BEST INTEREST OF MY GORGEOUS CHILDREN FOR YEARS NOW. Including opposing counsels that you bring ear plugs to court because of their annoying, loud, bratty and Chatty Cathy voices (remember that doll) who makes up for her lack of knowledge or interest in the child by attacking me with ridiculous, sick, twisted comments that rattle out of her mouth so fast, i wonder how she doesn't choke. But instead of affecting me at all (ear plugs), Eyal never disappoints. He'll even let her go off... but reassures me as it' happening. EYAL is a compassionate, caring, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RESPECTED AND SEASONED LAWYER IN ALL ASPECTS OF FAMILY LAW and then some, THAT YOU WANT ON YOUR SIDE. Eyal Talassasan is an effective, patient lawyer that can see 10 steps ahead of his opposition and always plays the cards that are dealt in your favor... somehow. It's always a pleasure to walk out of court with him... even if your adversary and their high-pitched chatty cathy counsel decide they won this court round and walk out like peacocks thinking ... as my love, Mel Brooks would say." I still got it." What a sad picture though, in all these unnecessary litigations that parent is only hurting the child or children, but their anger overrules their ability to rationalize or even discuss things like humans. Such parents are blinded by rage and lost sight of the child (although they profess to want and love this child, I doubt he or she crosses their mind)... only vengeance... so sad. Eyal Talassan has the unusual gift as an attorney to be sensitive to the oppositions psychological posture. Their sincerity, their unfortunate actions and the Judges' in many cases attempt to be fair to the detriment of the child. He tries to do damage control as well; a rare quality. So, even if your opposition walks out of court past you thinking, "oh yeah, I got this...." as if they just won a round in court (usually followed by their families' cackling...) and you feel like, what the heck just happened??? Eyal will advise you what REALLY happened, how foolish they are and reassure you how he just set them up for a future fall. Eyal Talassazan is a pro at letting his adversaries hang themselves. Why? Because he is patient. He let's things play out. Anger never wins. I don't think I can recommend him any more than to tell you... I wouldn't walk into Family Court without him. Hire him without hesitation. Best of luck. If I can make it through litigation after litigation, after conflict, after litigation with 2 fathers, for over 15 years non-stop... OH WHAT STORIES I CAN TELL! ... you will make it through and there will be a light at the end of your tunnel. My only light is my kids turning a certain age. Eyal is truly a genuine person and a very knowledgeable attorney. He expertly and trust me, patiently, handled my matrimonial suit on many levels - divorces are complicated and messy!. I started off pro se ( by myself) in court, and when the judge told me I needed a lawyer I complied. Eyal was there... beside me in the trenches, so to speak, as an involved and lengthy process took off and gained steam. He kept me focused on the end goal- my daughter's future and over all well-being, and that's just one reason how he earned my utmost respect. Eyal is my friends lawyer, I was in court 1 day as a witness for my friend. There was no contest in Lawyers, Eyal had asked all the write questions. All the other Lawyer would do is object to most question and and the Judge overrulled and Eyal got all his questions in and answered. The other lawy...er asked the dumbest questions where you could see her client was very upset. I just finished my Divorce and had to file a petition against my exwife and Eyal put it together for me in 10 minutes. I brought the papers to family court on Wednesday and my Exwife and my self had a court date set by Saturday and we were in court in 2 weeks. I went to court and in 10 minutes it was over and the judge agreed to everything Eyal had written for me. His fee's were 30% less than my lawyer with less drama, just simple facts.
