Excellent and experienced divorce attorney.

I hired Eyal to represent me in a highly contentious divorce action and custody matter in Nassau County. My case was very complicated because my children were being alienated against me. Eyal did everything possible to protect me and litigated my case with great compassion and integrity. He fought... very hard to protect my rights and assisted me in strategizing to achieve a positive outcome. I highly recommend Eyal. He is honest, compassionate and very experienced in custody matters."

Excellent Attorney

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Eyal under highly stressful circumstances surrounding custody of my young son. From the moment I walked into his office until the conclusion of a long arduous litigious process (spanning over two years, and including a 7 month trial), Eyal was my steadfast,... unflinching guide, navigating me calmly the entire way. Eyal works on his own - no paralegal, no secretary, no "other" party to go through: your business is exclusively his, down to the very last, most minute detail - part of the secret to his success, I believe. Outside of the courtroom, Eyal is a combination of legal scholar/social worker/and humanitarian, expertly balancing the seriousness of the situation with just the right amount of levity. In the courtroom, Eyal is an absolute Chess Master; I cannot possibly stress this enough: his ability to expertly read the tenor of the room, from the judge, to opposing counsel, to the colitigant, is nothing short of uncanny. This, combined with his impeccable and crucial feel for timing, when the stakes are so high, is exactly what any client would want in their counsel. Eyal's demeanor in court is ultra-focused, attentive, reassuring, and even-tempered - already a winning combination during what is presumably already a very, very stressful time. He not only served as a true advocate for my son and me throughout the custody proceedings, but was the placid, keen, sharp, strong-minded brain that I couldn't possibly have been during that time. My son's father came equipped with one of Manhattan's top matrimonial lawyers from one of NYC's leading law firms, with all sorts of hired guns to boot - Eyal never once wavered, doubted, or lost faith in our goal. His honest sincerity, devotion to the integrity of our case, and advice to me at every step (even things I didn't want to hear) lay the impeccable groundwork for an unbelievable ruling in our favor. Listen to your lawyer, especially if it's Eyal! I'm sorry to have met him under these circumstances, but am grateful, and honestly, blessed. I cannot stress enough the gratitude I have to Eyal on a professional level for bringing me the absolutely unbelievable results that were eventually ruled in our favor, his clear-headed and right guidance and support throughout while going through litigation hell, and finally his ability for compassion and sound reasoning on a personal level. It is truly nothing short of winning.

Excellent Divorce and Family Attorney

I hired Eyal to represent me in a divorce and child custody case. Eyal knows the law and is a strong negotiator. Eyal demonstrated integrity with my case. As a client in this situation emotions can be heightened, throughout the case he advised what was best for the children and fair to both parties. ...Ultimately he negotiated a settlement where other attorneys I had worked with were unable. The settlement fair, and one both parties agreed upon. Eyal cares about his clients and families he works with. After my settlement he continued to follow up with me. Its been ten years since the settlement, and I am honored to have Eyal in my professional network.

Great Lawyer, Great Person

I hired Eyal 2 years ago for a nasty custody battle. From the beginning he was honest and attentive. He was always prepared and timely. Each custody case is unique, but he always had a plan and a course of action. Whether I was calling him on a Sunday for advice, or emailing him late at night, Eyal w...as always courteous and there for my family. He was a class act throughout the entire process. From being respectful to our adversary, to pushing the right buttons in the court room. He was the right man for the job. He knew how to handle everything and most importantly, WE WON! Thank you Eyal!

Eyal does exceptional work.

I have been doing business with Eyal since October 2009, that is when my divorce began, and it was just finalized in November 2017. The length of the divorce was due to a very contested custody case, which was initiated by the other side, and the backlog of cases in Supreme Court. Eyal was always t...here to answer any questions, always picked up the phone when called, or called back quickly. Eyal's legal knowledge and insight are excellent, you can be a assured he's doing what's in your best interest, even if that means telling you, that you are not being rational or reasonable. Although it took 8 years to make it to the finish line, Eyal did everything in his power to move the process along as quickly as possible, but sometimes the other party involved makes that difficult. Eyal is always fully prepared, pays attention to tiny details and is always professional. Eyal is highly recommended.
