Ms. Record has years of experience dealing with the legal, financial, emotional and psychological issues that arise in family and matrimonial proceedings having focused her practice exclusively to matrimonial, family law and divorce mediation. With a background in psychology, Ms. Record is sensitive to the emotional and family dynamics, as well as the financial and legal aspects involved in divorce, child custody, and other areas of family law. She provides reliable, practical, accessible and affordable legal guidance through even the most complex divorce, child custody and visitation issues and is dedicated to assisting her clients through these difficult times.

In addition to mediation and negotiation of divorce settlements, Ms. Record has extensive trial experience representing individuals in highly contested and contentious divorces, support and custody hearings.
