My Divorce

I felt privileged being a client of Carol Most. She wore many hats through the course of my divorce all anchored in professionalism. She briefed me on what to expect, listened to my emotional rants, helped clarify possible outcomes, and staunchly advocated on my behalf. When I read the corresponden...ce she drafted on my behalf I felt as if she really captured what my core needs were during the process. Her empathy and competence were evident from the first day I met with her. I'm glad I hired her to guide me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I am so appreciative of her and the staff and Most & Schneid. I cannot say that the process was fun, but their support made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Great Attorney

Carol Most represented me during my divorce. She was amazing. Getting divorced can me emotionally and financially devastating. Carol provided me with top notch legal representation. Knowledgable, compassionate, well-respected attorney

Carol was the first attorney who truly listened to my complicated situation and gave me an honest assessment of the options. I had a very difficult case that was already in progress, but she rolled up her sleeves and started working to fix it immediately. She was fair, responsive and available when... needed. She has an easy manner and has earned the respect of her colleagues. Though she did not work full time on my case, she did appear in court and negotiated with other attorneys, which was very helpful. Although her firm charges premium rates, they were very fair in billing hours.

expert attorney with great respect from the bench and other attor8

Ms. Most was the court appointed guardian for my two children in a very contested custody and matrimonial matter several years ago. I was very impressed with Ms. Most's ability to be responsive to all the parties involved in this matter. She was highly respected by the judges. She knew wha...t was important and was able to reach successful resolutions. She was available to the children who sought her counsel. I was impressed with her manner and expert technique.

I would recommend Ms. Most, who had shown herself to be knowledgable and professional up until the point where we were settling in court. At that juncture, I am sure we have different perspectives. Overall and put simply, she knows what she is doing and does it well.
