Knowledgeable, compassionate and sharp

I am incredibly grateful to my attorney, Carol, and her partner, Adam, for the exceptional service they provided during my divorce process. Heaven sent

I was desperate to find an assertive, compassionate and knowledgeable lawyer and Carol Most exceeded all of my expectations. I was forced to terminate two lawyers prior to discovering Carol, one due to lack of assertiveness and the other due to unethical behavior. Professionalism with a personal touch like no other

Carol Most took an approach that was unlike any other matrimonial attorney that I spoke with - she showed care, concern and understanding from the beginning. Ms. Most took the time to understand the case and fully assess the situation before we jumped in - not just review the size of the estate and ...just begin the process. As my case went from a simple divorce of 25+ years of splitting assets, to one where there was a 6 day trial, carol remained committed and focused. Ms. Most explained the process during every step and provided strategy that was fully discussed before every move. Ms. Most remained open to my thoughts and suggestions, showing a willingness to bend on approach if what I offered was found to be helpful - there was no ego with this firm - simply what will work and what is best for the client. Carol and her partner< Adam Schneid, stayed the course through an absurd trial, filled with now proven false statements and false accusations by a predator opposing counsel. Mr. Schneid is highly intelligent and strong, detailed (to a fault) oriented litigator - They did not stoop the absolutely low level of opposing counsel. They remained focused, sharp, professional and honorable to the end. The result, considering the above, was one where the absurd was tossed out and fairness applied due to their efforts. Ms. Most and Mr. Schneid showed a level or professional that went beyond the expected and provided a level of personal attention and care that was unexpected, but more appreciated than words could express.

A brilliant and fearless representative

I cannot thank Carol Most and Adam Schneid enough for their help in representing me. They are respectful, honest, kind, and caring individuals. Their paralegal team is compassionate and professional also. During a most difficult time, they were always accessible and clear with legalities. As a team, ...they are highly proactive, responsive, and brilliant. Adam Schneid's background and expertise in financial law is above and beyond. He uncovered unusual marital assets and litigated expertly in court. Ms. Most is fair but fearless when challenged. When the opposition behaves poorly, Ms. Most and Mr. Schneid uphold their personal integrity and ethics. They are respected by the Court. Most importantly, I know they actually care for me, my children, and our futures.
