Biography
I am an estate planning and elder law attorney, partner at the Law Offices of Kobrick & Moccia for the last 4 years. I focus on Medicaid Planning, both pre-planning and crisis planning, as a well as Medicaid applications. I am the primary speaker at the workshops and educational presentations frequently hosted by our law firm, in our goal to educate the public on the importance of estate planning, probate avoidance and medicaid qualification.
I am proud to have helped hundrends of families on Long Island and Westchester protect their loved ones and preserve their wealth, by means of a well thought out and expertly crafted estate plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. My mission is to help my clients understand the important concepts of estate planning and elder law, so that they are able to make educated decisions for their future and the future of their loved ones.
