HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY. Andres Baena lied to us from the very start. Two months after leasing a home in Hicksville, myself and two other individuals in the home became extremely ill due to black mold in the house. Before signing the lease, we specifically asked if there were any ...mold issues and were directly told NO. Shortly after moving in, the bedrooms and other areas became inhabitable because large amounts of water flooded the home through holes in the roof. Despite having to terminate our lease, less than two months after moving in, Andres is refusing to give back our brokers fee and claims that the home is well-maintained. How is the house well-maintained when we can’t live in it due to mold and flooding. Multiple sick days, damaged items, on top of having the move AGAIN because we were flat out lied to. I am absolutely disgusted by his behavior. Disgusting human being.

Andres is/was very helpful, polite, caring from the get-go. He answers calls/texts right away or within 24 hours. very reliable and explains contract/terms very well and let me know if there is anything he disagrees with and provides with guidance and recommendations. I worked with him pre-COVID and... recently closed on an apt, he has been with me throughout and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with what I was agreeing to in the contract and/or to follow up on the next step. He has been very helpful and I couldn't stress this enough. I would highly recommend Andres as your lawyer for any legal property purchases.
