Andres is/was very helpful, polite, caring from the get-go. He answers calls/texts right away or within 24 hours. very reliable and explains contract/terms very well and let me know if there is anything he disagrees with and provides with guidance and recommendations. I worked with him pre-COVID and... recently closed on an apt, he has been with me throughout and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with what I was agreeing to in the contract and/or to follow up on the next step.
