Eric Andrew Suffin is the founding principal of
The Law Firm of Eric Andrew Suffin. Eric is a graduate of Binghamton
University, where he was on the Dean’s List, and graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Eric is a graduate of Touro Law
Center, where he was on the Dean’s List, and received a Juris Doctor
degree. Eric is admitted to practice law in New York.
Before opening his own firm, as an associate Eric worked
exclusively on labor and employment matters. Eric has experience
litigating cases of race/color discrimination, national origin
discrimination, sex/gender discrimination, sexual orientation
discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination,
age discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and labor law
violations. Eric has litigated cases from inception to the trial
stage.
