Joseph Meyer Fein

We walked into an IEP meeting for our son and were shocked at what OUR lawyer, Mr. Fein, was asking for! He had not communicated to us, before the meeting, what he recommended. I assumed he was advocating for what we told him we were looking for as he did not say otherwise when we met with him. He a...ppeared to be a lawyer for the school district! I think he was taken with some of the people in the room and trying to impress. Had to give one star.

I have been working with Mr. Fein for the past two years and it has been an extremely positive experience. Mr. Fein knows exactly how to navigate the complex Department of Education process. At the same time, he is a caring and compassionate individual that takes a personal interest in the success of the families he represents. Joseph Fein has helped me obtain services from the Department of Education for three of my children, over the past few years. Each child has had a different issue with disparate needs, and yet Joseph has been equally successful with each one. He is a compassionate person who genuinely cares about the interests of the children he represents and empathizes with the parents whom he helps.
