I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work Joseph Fein did in overturning my child’s suspension. We walked into an IEP meeting for our son and were shocked at what OUR lawyer, Mr. Fein, was asking for! He had not communicated to us, before the meeting, what he recommended. I assumed he was advocating for what we told him we were looking for as he did not say otherwise when we met with him. He a...ppeared to be a lawyer for the school district! I think he was taken with some of the people in the room and trying to impress. Had to give one star.
