Richard Warren Lerner

I was going to work as a Law Enforcement Officer with debilitating lower back pain for years... after being involved in two work-related auto accidents. I was seeing a Physician at a practice in Commack, NY since 2010 and he documented that I needed a single or possibly a bi-level fusion in 2013, but he thought I was too young for that type of surgery so I continued to work and live with the pain because no one told me that I might be disabled or incapable of performing my duties as a Law Enforcement Officer—not even my employer and they have a Chief Surgeon who would read all my medical notes after my doctor and therapy visits.
