Tenacious and experienced fighter for clients justice
I was referred to Mike Santos via mutual colleagues. I needed help dealing with my auto insurance covering a vehicle accident claim where they were investigating and verbally trying to deny coverage based on social media posts. Mike was consultative and immediately sprung into action with letters and calls to the insurance company. He was able to deal with their team based obstacles and fought to escalate within the company to have them properly consider all of the evidence. Meanwhile he was in direct contact with me every step of the way, always picked up my calls and above all else always had next steps to move forward. With Mike’s help I was able to have the insurance company cover the claim 100% and without further delay. I would whole heartedly recommend Mike’s services for anything related to insurance coverage as he will always seek justice for his clients.

I spoke to Mr. Michael Santo today regarding a medical malpractice/ wrongful death matter and he was one of the most professional and helpful lawyers I have spoken to out of many.
