Derrick Ansel Rubin

I consulted with Derrick on a simple real estate transaction. His fee structure was flat out inflated and he gave me incorrect information on the consult. He wouldn't negotiate his rates down even by a little. I went down the street to a more competent attorney. I spoke to my broker and they have h...ad some run-ins with Derrick before which weren't so pleasant. They called him a "petulant child" when things don't go right.

Derrick was on top of everything I needed to know about the selling of our property and the buying of our property. HE gave info that I thought was not relavent to the purchase of the house that he said it is my decision to investigate.
