DERRICK A. RUBIN, Esq., Partner at Wisselman Harounian Family Law has been with the firm since 1997. Free consultations available.
Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge in matrimonial and family law areas including divorce, child custody, visitation, neglect, domestic violence, appreciation on separate property, geographic relocation, determination of marital assets, and restraining order preventing relocation. He also possesses a significant amount of experience in various practice areas, such as personal injury, estate planning, civil litigation, criminal law, and corporate law. No matter what your case may be, Attorney Rubin can formulate a strategy to help you.
Prior to joining Wisselman Harounian Family Law, Attorney Rubin attended the Business School of the University of New York, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business. He graduated cum laude. Following undergraduate school, he attended Hofstra University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1984. Currently, Attorney Rubin is a member of the New York State Bar and is permitted to the Eastern and Southern District.
