I needed to hire an attorney to have an already existing "Divorce Agreement" modified due to a change of my current employment. Before I retained Mike I explained the exact specifics to him, Mike told me straight forward that this change has a very high possibility to happen (as we know nothing is g...uaranteed when you see a judge). After months of delays due to COVID-19 with the courts being closed, it finally happened and things worked out in my favor. All I can say is be prepared, have all of your documentation ready to go, and be very specific on what you want changed and why, and be patient.
